Grilled Local Oyster Duo:

Grape Mignonette and Salted Honeycomb Dust // Salsa Verde and Smoked Honey Butter

Paired with Small Batch 10 Year Rye

2nd Course :

Grilled Crostini with Whipped Ricotta, Pickled Strawberries, Thyme Infused Honey and Cocoa

Salt, Petite Greens, Lemon and Olive Oil

Paired with Whistle Pig Old World Rye 12 Year 

3rd Course : 

Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Cornbread Johnny Cake, Cucumber Chow Chow, Hot Honey

Paired with Whistle Pig Estate Oak Rye 15 Year

4th Course :

Cherry Shortcake - Buttery biscuits, Cherry compote, Salted honey ice cream , Honeycomb

Candy, Citrus Caramel

Paired with Whistle Pig Snout to Tail Bourbon 10 Year 

What You Can Expect From the Evening:

A Curated One Night Dining Experience with our team at Sloane's & Whistle Pig Representatives. We'll walk guest through each course and pairing plus a small goodie bag! 

Tickets are $125 per person, charge will be applied evening of with additional 20% gratuity for our staff. These tickets will secure your place at the event - no further reservation is needed!  Tickets ordered together will be seated together.
